Paścimottānāsana – Seated Forward Bend
According to Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar, Paścimottānāsana tones the abdominal organs, improves digestion, and soothes the nervous system. It stretches the spine, hamstrings, and calves, while calming the mind and relieving fatigue. Practiced with alignment and steadiness, it cultivates introspection and a deep sense of surrender. パスチモッターナーサナ(座位の前屈)
B.K.S.アイアンガー著『ハタヨガの真髄』によると、パスチモッターナーサナは腹部の内臓を刺激して調子を整え、消化を促進し、神経系を鎮める効果があります。背骨、ハムストリングス、ふくらはぎを深く伸ばし、心を静めて疲労を和らげます。アライメントを意識し安定して実践することで、内省を促し、深い献身の感覚が養われます。
