Yoga is about connection; with our Self, other people, and our environment. Join us in an intimate setting tucked away in a lush valley just a 5 min walk from Kisami Ohama beach. This three-day program of Eastern medicine, yoga, philosophy, meditation and nature activities will explore the many interconnections that impact our lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We plan to dig into the amazing capability of the fascia, the connective tissues of our body, as a part of the retreat’s main theme, Exploring Our Connections.
