This weekly class is suitable for Level 2 Iyengar yoga practitioners of over 2 years who practice Sirsasana and Sarvangasana. Zoom Recording available for 30 days after session to all of those registered regardless of attendance. Iyengar Yoga Senior teacher Gabriella Giubilaro is widely known for her dynamic teaching, attention to individual needs, and the clarity of her presentation. She communicates the essence of yoga postures through simple, but meaningful explanations that help her students discover the intelligence of their own bodies, challenging students so that they can experience their maximum potential.
