Service Description

Zoom Link will be sent for the class once payment is completed. Purchase includes access to class recording for 7 days. This class introduces detailed instruction in standing and sitting poses and of yoga poses and includes the use of props. Headstand and Shoulder stand are taught and practiced in this class. (Exceptions and alternatives given for neck problems) Students familiar with alignment based yoga and practice regularly. *J/E Classes are taught in Japanese and English as needed.
