The practice of pratyahara (withdrawl of the senses inward), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (concentration) and dharana (meditation) are paramount as a part of yoga practice and study. As there is often not enough time in every asana class to include or develop these practices I have created this free zoom class for students studying regularly with me in my online or studio classes. This one hour class is solely for the purpose of non asana study and will include any combination of a relaxing techniques (restoratives), exercises in breath work, concentration, meditation, reflection and or short discussion. For security, you must first register for the class to receive the link . Once registered you can join any scheduled class as you are able.
