Series Classes at SHIZEN are short-term yoga courses held three times a year. They offer opportunities to study with the same instructor and classmates over a set number of weeks.
Winter Term: January-April (Registration in November/Dec.)
Spring/Summer Term: May-August (Registration in March/April)
Autumn Term: September-December (Registration in July/August)
