Shizen Yoga Studio

Instructor classes at SHIZEN are specifically designed for instructors who are currently teaching yoga. Most Instructor Classes are taught by Dominica Serigano, head instructor of SHIZEN.

Upcoming Instructor Classes are as follows:

There are no Instructor Development Series classes scheduled for our Autumn Series 2010 season.  

Dominica will offer special open Instructor Development classes instead dates and times will be posted soon.

Instructor Development Series classes will resume from Winter Series 2011.


2010 SHIZEN Spring/Summer Series class:

 1)Yoga Instructors Development(Dominica)-Friday 

A class for teachers with any level experience to come together and improve teaching skills of observation, adaption, and adjustment. This class will mainly utilize "pair work" to develop better communication, and experience hands on adjustment and adaption skills in asana teaching.

  • Prerequisites: Yoga Instructor or Yoga Instructor Certification
  • Language: English and Japanese
  • Class size: Min 8
