Directions: Shizen Yoga Studio is located in Kichijoji, Tokyo, on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines, the Keio Inokashira line, and the Tozai Subway (Metro) line. Kichijoji station is 15 minutes from both Shinjuku and Shibuya, and 30 minutes from Tokyo station. Shizen is less than five minutes walk from Kichijoji Station.

To get to the studio, use the Park (South) exit of Kichijoji Station. Turn left when exiting the station building, and walk to the first intersection, where you will see Yuzawaya on your left and Book-Off directly ahead. Crossing the street, pass Book-Off on your left, and continue straight ahead on Suehiro Dori to the studio.

You will pass Tipness and turn left on the second street after Book-Off, between the Navi-Park car parking lot and the large green bike parking garage (Suehirodori Churinjo). Shizen is located near the end of that short, narrow street, on the right side, in the Entopia Kichijoji building on the second floor.
